'Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage Carnival' Exhibition
Through the distinctive settings in the exhibition, curators from the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Office will take visitors on a journey to explore the fantastic variety and charm of the ICH of Hong Kong from the perspectives of traditional craftsmanship, performing arts, social customs and festive events, including Wong Tai Sin beliefs and customs, Cheung Chau Jiao Festival, technique of making Hong Kong cheongsam, paper crafting technique, Hakka unicorn dance, and Nanyin (southern tunes), through various exhibits, photographs and video screenings. Visitors can also enjoy interactive games to experience the exquisiteness of traditional craftsmanship. Welcome to learn about the ICH of Hong Kong in this innovative carnival!
